Job summary

TD SYNNEX is seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager in Malaysia (Selangor, Petaling Jaya) to act as the primary interface between customers and suppliers. You will drive business expansion, manage the complete sales cycle, focus on revenue growth, and build deep relationships with key stakeholders in supplier organizations, partners, and end customers.

You will handle suppliers independently, delivering top-class value-added services while aligning with the company's strategy and goals

Qualifications

• 8 to 10 years of relevant work experience.

• Channel Partner and Vendor engagement execution: Credit management, Order processing, AR collections.
• Operational excellence: pipeline management, forecasting and inventory management.

Job Purpose

The BDM is the main interface between the Company's Customers and Suppliers including the end customer of the Partner. BDM is responsible for business expansion & execution of the suppliers' strategy. The BDM is responsible for the complete sales cycle with an aim to maximizing revenue, Net Gross Profits and Customer satisfaction by developing deep relationships with key people in the supplier organization, partners and end customers. Will be responsible for handling suppliers independently clearly focusing on delivery top-class value-added services.
