Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a capable Project Manager/BD professional to lead client engagements in a fast-paced live streaming environment.

The role requires a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree and at least 1 year of experience in project management, live streaming operations, sales, or client management. Mandarin fluency is required for Mandarin-speaking clients, and live streaming industry experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Project Management, Live Streaming Operations, Sales, Business Development (BD), or Client Management.
• Experience in the live streaming industry preferred; sales/customer-facing roles also encouraged.
• Strong leadership, communication, and cross-functional coordination skills.
• Fluent Mandarin communication with Mandarin-speaking clients.

Responsibilities

• Develop new clients and identify new business opportunities to expand the company’s customer base and network.
• Handle client discussions, proposals, quotations, project presentations, and business follow-ups to drive deal closures.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, follow up with existing clients, and identify renewal, upselling, and additional opportunities.
• Work with Live Streaming, Operations, and Video Editors to ensure client requirements are communicated and executed.
• Stay updated on automotive, digital marketing, social media, TikTok, live streaming trends to provide recommendations.
• Assist in preparing business proposals, presentations, and sales materials.
• Provide regular project updates to clients and maintain high client satisfaction.
• Perform other duties related to business development or project execution as assigned.
