Job summary

Alliance Bank Malaysia Berhad in Malaysia is seeking an SME Associate to train in selling and credit evaluation, building skills to progress toward Relationship Manager or Team Lead roles. You will learn to pitch to SME owners and contribute to business development activities.

The role focuses on developing and promoting SME loan and deposit products, managing customer relationships, and implementing marketing plans while monitoring loan accounts.

Qualifications

• Possess a recognized degree with good analytical skills in financial accounts and well-versed in cash flow analysis.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must have a strong inclination towards a sales-driven culture.
• Results driven with strong commitment to achieve sales target set by bank.
• Possess own transport.
• A recognised Diploma or Degree.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for overall SME loan and deposit product development and promotion.
• Manage customer relationships to sustain business flow toward bank objectives.
• Develop and implement marketing plans; monitor loan accounts.
• Solicit and develop new client relationships to drive SME business.
• Cross-sell bank products and enhance existing customer relationships.

The Role Comprises Of

• Responsible for overall business development on SME loan and deposit products.
• Managing customer relationships with an aim to develop and sustain business flow to achieve bank’s business objective.
• Other duties include developing and implementing marketing plans as well as administering and monitoring loan accounts
• Solicit and develop new client relationships to drive the SME business to new heights
• Enhance existing customer relationships and cross-sell the Bank's products
