Job summary

Sunway Multicare Pharmacy invites an intern to support Business Development by managing VIP customer orders, corporate client coordination, and wellness programme execution. The role offers hands-on exposure to client engagement, stakeholder coordination, and healthcare operations.

The ideal candidate is pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's in Business, has strong communication and time management skills, is well-organised, proactive, and proficient with MS Office, and willing to travel for business

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Business Management or related field.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Well-organised with good time management and attention to detail.
• Proactive, responsible, and eager to learn.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word).
• Possess own transportation and be willing to travel for business activities

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing VIP customer orders from end to end, including enquiries, quotations, order confirmation, payment collection, invoice issuance, and delivery coordination.
• Support management of corporate client accounts by monitoring contract validity, CPP benefits, sharing promotions, and promoting wellness programmes.
• Coordinate corporate wellness events and health days by preparing quotations, liaising with laboratories and vaccination providers, and ensuring event logistics and materials are ready.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of client requests and events.
• Update and maintain accurate records of client information, quotations, contracts, invoices, and related documentation.
• Perform any other ad hoc duties assigned by Management.
