Job summary

Tentacle Tech in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, seeks an experienced Business Architect to strengthen enterprise container platforms, modernize infrastructure, and drive CI/CD improvements in a fast-paced production environment.

You will lead DevOps and Platform Eng teams across Cloud Infra, Security, and App Development to deliver secure, scalable and resilient platforms for financial services. Strong leadership and hands-on cloud-native expertise are required.

Qualifications

The Role

We are seeking an experienced Business Architect to strengthen the reliability, security, and scalability of enterprise container platforms within the financial services sector. In this role, you will play a critical part in modernizing infrastructure, optimizing CI/CD pipelines, and providing technical leadership across DevOps, Infrastructure, Security, and Application Development teams in a fast-paced, mission-critical production environment.

• Ensure high availability, stability, and resilience of enterprise container platforms
• Improve software delivery speed and deployment reliability through automation and CI/CD optimization
• Strengthen platform security through proactive vulnerability management and compliance enforcement

• Provide technical leadership and guidance across cross-functional teams while supporting business continuity

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 7 years of experience in DevOps, Platform Engineering, Cloud Infrastructure, or Site Reliability Engineering
• Expert knowledge of Kubernetes, Docker, OpenShift, VMware Tanzu, and container orchestration technologies
• Strong experience with CI/CD tools including Jenkins, GitLab CI, Helm, and Ansible
• Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and automation using Python, Bash, Java, or equivalent scripting languages
• Experience with platform security, vulnerability management, identity and access management, and regulatory compliance
• Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools such as Dynatrace, Prometheus, or Grafana
• Strong troubleshooting, collaboration, and strategic planning capabilities in enterprise environments
