Job summary

You will map and improve processes, perform data-driven analysis, and translate needs into clear specifications for technical and product teams.

Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, prepare reports and presentations, and support user acceptance testing to ensure solutions meet business objectives.

Qualifications

• Analytical skills to interpret data, identify trends, and support evidence-based decision-making.
• Business analysis, including requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder management.
• Communication skills for collaborating with diverse teams and presenting findings to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Business process mapping, optimization, and workflow design.
• Business requirements, translating business needs into actionable solution specifications.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Familiarity with enterprise software, ERP, BPM, or low-code platforms is an advantage.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus; strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
