Job summary

Funding Societies | Modalku is recruiting a Business Analyst to strengthen Operations Analytics. You will report on operational metrics, build dashboards, and support process optimization with AI-enabled tools.

The role focuses on improving efficiency, investor engagement, and overall customer experience across Southeast Asia markets. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, map processes, and validate data-driven insights to drive scalable improvements in a fast-growing fintech

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a business analyst role for operations in fintech/banking.
• Experience generating and validating reports.
• Experience in process optimization and automation using AI tools.
• Strong attention to detail and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Prepare periodic reports and dashboards with data accuracy.
• Monitor metrics, identify inefficiencies, support workflow optimization.
• Map current processes and implement efficiency improvements.
• Analyze investor engagement and customer touchpoints.
• Support investor campaigns with post-campaign analysis.

What you will do:

• Reporting & Insights - prepare periodic reports, ensure data accuracy and consistency, build and maintain relevant dashboards
• Operations & Process Analytics - monitor metrics, identify inefficiencies, and support workflow optimization and automation efforts
• Process Improvement - review and map current processes, propose enhancements, and implement changes to drive efficiency and scalability
• Customer Engagement & Experience - analyze investors' engagement and metrics, identify and improve customers' touchpoints
• Investor's Campaign Support - assist in driving engagement initiatives and perform post-campaign analysis for continuous improvement

Requirements

What we are looking for:

• 3+ years of experience in business analyst role for operations, preferably in digital financing, fintech, or banking
• Experience in generating and validating reports
• Experience in process optimization, automation and use of AI & Automation tools
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to work under pressure
• Good stakeholder management and communication skills

What it is in for you:

• Exposure to using automation and AI tools including deploying Agentic AI
• Deepening of knowledge of Microsoft Office Appliances and Google Suite such as ability to create and process Google Sheets
• Detailed oriented and familiar with SC guidelines
