Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in mid to back office operations, fintech or banking.
• Experience in process optimization, automation and use of AI & Automation tools.
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to work under pressure.
• Good stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Banking & Payments: Set up and process all payment disbursals; verify incoming fees credited correctly.
• Reconciliations: Maintain account balances and perform high-volume reconciliations with zero discrepancies.
• Support in other operational processes such as KYC, legal documents generation, trade financing utilization requests.
• Reporting & Insights: prepare periodic reports, ensure data accuracy and build dashboards.
• Operations & Process Analytics: monitor metrics, identify inefficiencies, support workflow optimization and automation.
• Process Improvement: map current processes, propose enhancements, and implement changes to drive efficiency.

What you will do:

• Banking & Payments: Setup and process all payment disbursals; verify that incoming customer fees are accurately credited to the correct accounts
• Reconciliations: Maintain account balances and perform frequent, high-volume bank reconciliations to ensure zero discrepancies
• Support in other operational processes such as KYC, legal documents generation, trade financing utilisation request processing etc
• Reporting & Insights: prepare periodic reports, ensure data accuracy and consistency, build and maintain relevant dashboards
• Operations & Process Analytics: monitor metrics, identify inefficiencies, and support workflow optimization and automation efforts
• Process Improvement: review and map current processes, propose enhancements, and implement changes to drive efficiency and scalability

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in mid to back office operations, preferably in digital financing, fintech, or banking
• Experience in process optimization, automation and use of AI & Automation tools
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to work under pressure
• Good stakeholder management and communication skills
