Job summary

Coherent seeks a Diploma holder in Electrical/Electronics or Computer Engineering/CS to perform daily burn-in operations and maintain test equipment in Penang. You will monitor, troubleshoot, and document data for reliability testing, while supporting continuous improvement efforts.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Electrical/Electronics or Computer Engineering/CS required.
• 1+ year of equipment maintenance/testing experience preferred.
• Willingness to learn and follow safety procedures and SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily burn-in operations and support testing.
• Operate and support various test processes (Module BI, TC BERT, SHTOL, cycling and related tests).
• Inspect and perform preventive maintenance on burn-in chambers and test equipment.
• Troubleshoot equipment, recover test interruptions, and escalate major issues.
