Job summary

AI ELITE TECHNOLOGY in Kulai, Johor, is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform routine inspections, testing, maintenance and repair of building systems including electrical, plumbing, HVAC and other mechanical assets.

You will respond to service requests, troubleshoot issues, complete preventative and corrective tasks, liaise with contractors, and drive continuous improvement while upholding health, safety and environmental regulations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' experience as a Maintenance Technician or equivalent in building services or facilities management.
• Technical qualifications in electrical, mechanical or HVAC systems or a relevant engineering discipline.
• Proven ability to diagnose and repair a wide range of building systems.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to resolve complex maintenance issues.
• Excellent communication skills to liaise with stakeholders at all levels.
• Proactive, safety-conscious approach and commitment to high-quality work.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections, testing, maintenance and repair of building systems, equipment and assets such as electrical, plumbing, HVAC and other mechanical systems.
• Respond promptly to service requests and troubleshoot issues to identify and resolve the root cause.
• Complete preventative and corrective maintenance tasks to a high standard, maintaining detailed records and reports.
• Liaise with contractors and vendors to coordinate the delivery of specialised maintenance and repair services.
• Identify opportunities to improve the efficiency and reliability of building systems and equipment.
• Ensure maintenance activities comply with all relevant health, safety and environmental regulations.
