Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in managing site electrical, mechanical and civil systems.
• Ability to supervise maintenance staff and contractors.
• Strong communication with customers and management.

Responsibilities

• Manage electrical, mechanical and civil systems on site.
• Attend customer meetings and answer inquiries within set response times.
• Monitor and supervise technical staff for repairs to meet downtime targets.
• Prepare monthly reports per standard process.
• Act as site representative communicating with management and perform admin duties.
• Inspect facilities regularly and plan maintenance schedules.
• Supervise and train maintenance technicians and contractors during works.
• Maintain building systems including electrical, AC, pumps, LPG, ventilation, etc.
• Develop and monitor maintenance budget and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Monitor inventory and coordinate projects such as renovations.
• Perform meter reading, generator tests, and fire alarm system checks.
• Coordinate with authorities for inspections and ensure safety compliance.
