FRONT RE is seeking a Broker (Facultative / Treaty) to join our Kuala Lumpur team. We connect insurers and reinsurers across global markets, delivering specialized facultative and treaty reinsurance solutions in an active international setting.

Location: Malaysia. Employment Type: Full-Time | On-Site. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply and contribute to a growing broking practice with a focus on client service and disciplined processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science, Insurance, Finance, or Business.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Strong attention to detail, accountability, and organisational skills.
• Proactive, willing to learn, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience in insurance or reinsurance is an advantage.

Responsabilités

• Manage facultative and treaty reinsurance placements from submission to completion.
• Liaise and negotiate with reinsurers to secure competitive terms and capacity.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with business partners and reinsurers.
• Prepare and review placing slips, contracts, and related documentation.
• Coordinate renewals, follow up on placements, and identify new business opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with internal procedures.
