Novonesis is seeking an Industry Technology Specialist for Brewing to support brewery customers with application guidance, trials, troubleshooting and process improvements. You will independently plan projects, design experiments, analyze data, and contribute to commercialization while collaborating with regional and global experts.

The role emphasizes strong English communication, cross-functional teamwork, and a track record of driving value in brewing or beverage processes.

Qualifications

• Diploma, bachelor’s or master’s in Brewing Science or related field.
• At least three years in brewing or beverage industry.
• Knowledge of fermentation, brewing processes, technical service, product development or process optimization.

Responsibilities

• Provide application guidance and troubleshoot production challenges for breweries.
• Plan and execute trials, interpret results, report findings, support commercialization.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing and R&D to identify opportunities and share knowledge.
