Job summary

Elianto Make Up Sdn Bhd is seeking a Graphic Designer cum Visual Merchandiser to craft visually engaging materials for digital and print while upholding brand integrity. The role bridges marketing, design, and sales, including in-store displays and social content to boost brand presence.

You will design packaging, posters, and POS materials, and execute planograms to optimize shelf space, with hands-on merchandising and store visits to ensure standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in graphic design and visual merchandising in retail or FMCG preferred.
• Ability to execute planograms and maintain brand consistency across materials.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and capable of producing print-ready artwork.

Responsibilities

• Graphic Design & Brand Collateral: design visuals for social media, digital, and campaigns.
• Marketing Materials: create posters, brochures, flyers, and ads.
• Product & POS Design: design packaging and in-store POS materials.
• Brand Consistency: ensure assets align with brand guidelines and pre-press readiness.
• Visual Merchandising & In-store Execution: set up displays, implement planograms, conduct store visits.
• Campaign Rollout: support launches of new products and seasonal promotions on-site.
