Job summary

AMOREPACIFIC MALAYSIA is seeking a skilled Visual Merchandiser Executive to plan, design, and implement innovative VM strategies across stores, Sephora, and roadshows. You will maintain layouts, fixtures, and product presentation to elevate the shopping experience.

The role requires design education and Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop proficiency, with a preference for 1 year of VM experience in beauty or fashion. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• Master / Degree / Diploma in Creative Design, Graphic Design, or any design-based education.
• Fresh graduates/Graphic Designers are welcome; 1 year of Visual Merchandiser experience preferred in Beauty/Fashion.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop.
• Up to date with latest industry trends in the retail sector.
• Current working knowledge of building, health codes and compliance issues.
• Demonstrated 3D visualization ability and knowledge of colour and design principles.
• Ability to balance design with operational needs and budget objectives.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for visual merchandising and planogram updates for all stores, Sephora and roadshows.
• Plan, implement and monitor visual merchandising strategies to enhance the shopping experience and increase customer engagement.
• Ensure skincare and cosmetic presentation aligns with global creative guidelines.
• Develop display materials and adhere to timelines for installation.
• Order, handle and organize VM materials by coordinating purchasing and distribution.
• Plan and conduct regular store visits to maintain VM standards.
• Maintain concept layout, fixtures, and navigation for a pleasant environment.
• Develop and execute in-store creative concepts that enhance brand identity.
• Collaborate with malls, retailers, and contractors during new store openings on counter/store design.
