Job summary

Nestlé Malaysia is looking for a passionate marketing professional to join their team in Petaling Jaya. This permanent position requires a Bachelor’s Degree and at least 5 years of marketing or brand experience, preferably in the FMCG sector.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing business strategies, managing budgets, and executing innovative marketing campaigns that enhance brand equity and consumer engagement. You’ll work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver successful product innovation and brand experiences.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years experience in marketing or brand experience.
• Minimum 2 years in another function ideally in Sales or equivalent FMCG.
• Experience working in e-Business is a plus.

• Contribute to the development of the business strategy.
• Manage PFME budget for marketing efforts.
