Job summary

Cognizant Malaysia is seeking a brand safety and platform specialist responsible for monitoring digital content, optimizing content strategy and maintaining trusted environments across media platforms. Qualifications

• Foundational experience in brand safety or related content operations.
• Strong MS Excel skills including formulas pivot tables and data validation.
• Hands-on experience in content strategy or curation.
• Excellent English reading writing and speaking abilities.
• Analytical mindset to interpret trends from data and derive insights.
• Adaptability to rotational shift work and dynamic volumes.

Responsibilities

• Monitor digital media and platform activity to identify brand safety risks and maintain a secure environment.
• Evaluate content against internal policies and external standards for consistent guidelines.
• Analyze large data sets using Excel to track content performance indicators.
• Create Excel reports and dashboards communicating risk levels and trends.
• Collaborate with content strategy teams to align monitoring with editorial objectives.
• Review user-generated and partner content for policy violations and recommend actions.
• Coordinate with operations and policy teams to refine review workflows.
• Document recurring issues and risk patterns to inform policy updates.
• Support audits with organized evidence logs and Excel trackers.
• Communicate findings in clear English to cross-functional teams.
• Suggest enhancements to configurations and keyword lists to improve detection.
• Assist in training sessions with real case examples and data-backed insights.
• Adhere to rotational shift schedules and office-based work requirements.
