MW INFINITY is seeking a Brand Marketing Associate in Kuala Lumpur City Centre to drive brand initiatives and growth. You will develop campaigns across digital and traditional channels, conduct market research, and collaborate with creative teams to deliver compelling content.

You will manage brand communications, analyze ROI, and support events and product launches while liaising with stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in marketing communications, brand marketing or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of brand management and integrated marketing communications.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
• Experience with marketing analytics and reporting.
• Solid project management and multitasking abilities.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving with attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal skills for cross-functional teamwork.
• Familiarity with the Malaysian market is desirable.

About the role

MW INFINITY is seeking a talented Brand Marketing Associate to join our dynamic Marketing & Communications team. This is a full-time position based in Kuala Lumpur City Centre, Kuala Lumpur. As a Brand Marketing Associate, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing brand marketing initiatives that drive awareness, engagement and growth for our organisation. You will contribute to the strategic direction of our brand whilst supporting the delivery of integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels. Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement brand marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities for brand differentiation
• Collaborate with creative teams to produce compelling marketing content, including copy, graphics and multimedia materials
• Manage brand communications and ensure consistency of messaging across all marketing touchpoints and platforms
• Monitor and analyse campaign performance metrics to measure ROI and inform optimisation strategies
• Support the execution of promotional events, product launches and brand activations
• Liaise with internal stakeholders and external partners to coordinate marketing initiatives and ensure alignment with business objectives

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or a related field
• 2-4 years of experience in marketing communications, brand marketing or a similar marketing-related role
• Strong understanding of brand management principles and integrated marketing communications strategies
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create engaging and persuasive content
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media management and email marketing
• Experience with marketing analytics and familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics or similar platforms
• Solid project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities with a keen eye for detail
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams
• Familiarity with design software such as Adobe Creative Suite is advantageous
• Knowledge of the Malaysian market and local consumer behaviour is desirable
