MW Infinity in Kuala Lumpur City Centre seeks a dynamic Marketing & Sales Intern to support the sales and marketing teams and help drive business growth. You will assist with customer engagement, market research, and the preparation of presentations and materials.

The role offers hands-on learning, mentorship, and opportunities to gain practical skills in marketing initiatives, sales consulting, and event support within a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in or recently completed a degree programme in Business, Marketing, Sales, Communications, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with clients and colleagues.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Fluency in English; Malay or Mandarin languages are advantageous.
• Reliable, punctual, and professional demeanour.

Responsibilities

• Support the sales team in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities and leads.
• Assist in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and marketing materials for clients.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform sales and marketing strategies.
• Engage with prospective clients through phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings to understand their needs.
• Maintain and update customer databases and sales records accurately.
• Assist in organising and attending marketing events, product launches, and client meetings.
• Support the creation and distribution of marketing content across various channels.
• Provide administrative support to the sales and marketing team as required.
• Gather customer feedback and insights to inform product and service improvements.

About the role

In this role, you will support our sales and marketing teams in driving business growth, acquiring new customers, and maintaining strong client relationships.
