Job summary

BiO-LiFE Marketing Sdn. Bhd., a MEGA WeCare Company, seeks a Brand Manager – Marketing to steward brand identity and drive strategic marketing initiatives in FMCG/healthcare sectors.

You will collaborate with the Head of Marketing and cross-functional teams to develop annual plans, drive launches, manage budgets, and analyze market data for growth and compliant campaigns.

Qualifications

• Familiar with digital and social media concepts and compliant healthcare advertising practices.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Science, Nutritionist, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of marketing experience in FMCG, healthcare, health supplement, pharmaceutical, or related industries.
• Strong experience in marketing strategy, brand building, new product development, as well as creative development and marketing campaign execution.
• Strong communication, analytical, presentation, project management, and execution skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop annual brand marketing plan for key products aligned with strategy, budget and targets.
• Lead cross-functional teams to launch new products on schedule.
• Drive integrated marketing campaigns, activations, and promotions.
• Analyze market share, sell-out and sell-in data to inform actions.
• Plan and execute brand launch campaigns and events.
• Manage brand budget and monitor A&P expenditures within allocations.
• Collaborate with VBC to produce compliant marketing materials.

Are you passionate about shaping brand identity and driving impactful marketing strategies? As a Brand Manager – Marketing, you will be the guardian of the brand, ensuring its image resonates with consumers through strategic marketing and communication initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work with Head of Marketing to develop complete annual brand marketing plan geared towards end users for each key product within portfolio, in line with strategy, budget and targets of company.
• Drive the brand by working with cross functional team (sales, trade marketing, design, regulatory, supply etc) progress and tracks the development of all product initiatives and ensure timely launch of New Product Development, NPD within objectives and timeline.
• Lead in innovation, activation, advertising and promotion for deployment of Brand Marketing Plan.
• Lead and develop integrated marketing strategies and campaigns for new product launches and driving growth of existing brands. This includes carrying out post campaign evaluation to drive learning & development.
• Provide in-depth analysis and findings with plan of actions in monthly basis using market share, sell out (when available) and sell in data.
• Manage, plan and execute brand launch campaign and event activities.
• Develop and Lead promotional activities including promotional pack with mechanic with trade marketing.
• Responsible in managing brand budget. Monitor and control Advertising & promotions, A&P expenditure within budget allocations.
• Lead on-going analysis and review of consumer, category, market trends, promotional programs and competitive information as part of a situation assessment on brand performance and identify growth opportunity.
• Work with Visual, Brand and Communication (VBC) to produce materials of visual impact and within brand and advertisement guidelines.
• Actively involved in monthly inventory sales forecast and monitoring. Lead person to update commercial team of any changes in stocks movement e.g. Out of stocks, delay etc.
• To work closely with trade marketing and sales team on all strategies, activities and implementation.
• Familiar with digital and social media concept.
• Familiar and comply to advertisement compliance for healthcare products.
