Job summary

RGE in Malaysia is seeking a marketing professional to support the development and execution of brand strategies across ATL, BTL, digital, and in-store platforms, driving brand growth and consumer engagement.

You will coordinate with creative and media agencies, conduct market analysis, and assist in packaging, POSM, and promotional materials while collaborating with Sales, Trade Marketing, and Supply Chain to ensure timely execution.

Qualifications

• A degree in the related job field.
• 1–2 years of working exposure or experience in a similar role is advantageous but not essential.
• Willing to relocate to the job location.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and execution of marketing campaigns across ATL, BTL, digital, and in-store platforms.
• Support brand activation activities, including promotions, events, sampling, and trade marketing initiatives.
• Coordinate with creative and media agencies to ensure timely delivery of campaign assets.
• Conduct market and competitor analysis to provide insights for brand strategy development.
• Assist in the development of packaging, POSM, and promotional materials, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
• Work closely with Sales, Trade Marketing, and Supply Chain to ensure alignment and timely execution of plans.
• Track and analyze brand performance metrics and support reporting.
• Manage administrative tasks related to marketing projects, including PO creation, budget tracking, and vendor coordination.
