Genesis Frontier Sdn. Bhd is seeking a proactive Brand & Events Executive in Malaysia to support the Senior Brand Management Executive at Singapore HQ. You will coordinate campaigns with retailers, plan pop-ups and launches, and ensure timely delivery.

You’ll gather feedback, monitor progress, stay updated on market trends, and collaborate with sales teams, principals, and partners to optimize regional campaigns and KOL activations.

Qualificações

• Experience in brand management and events coordination.
• Ability to coordinate campaigns with a retailer network.
• Strong communication and project management skills.
• Interest in anime and gaming IP is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Perform duties as assigned by the Senior Brand Management Executive in Singapore HQ
• Understand project requirements and provide clear instructions to colleagues accordingly
• Work closely with the Sales team to execute marketing campaigns through the retailer network and support them in meeting sales targets
• Plan and execute brand events (e.g. pop-ups, launches, in-store activations), ensuring smooth on-ground coordination and timely delivery
• Coordinate with other departments to execute assigned tasks
• Assist the Senior Brand Management Executive in responding to enquiries and requests from principals and partners while managing their expectations
• Manage and monitor project progress, keeping the Senior Brand Management Executive updated
• Gather feedback and data after campaigns and events to analyze effectiveness and identify areas for improvement
• Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities within the region
• Support in identifying, curating, and managing KOLs for marketing campaigns, including coordination and performance tracking
