Job summary

Magnum Ice Cream Company in Malaysia is seeking a marketing professional for a 1-year contract starting January 2027. You will drive new product development, execute brand campaigns, and manage agencies and suppliers while tracking ROI and budgets. The role also includes PO/OPSO management and sponsorship coordination.

You will work in a fast-moving consumer goods environment, collaborating across teams to deliver end-to-end brand experiences and measurable growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in brand, product management or marketing in FMCG.
• Strong foundation in marketing fundamentals.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and coordinate across teams.
• Ability to think end-to-end and own results.
• Collaborative mindset with clear communication and low-ego approach.

Responsibilities

• Lead new product development initiatives including pricing, launch planning and P&L consideration.
• Plan and execute brand campaigns, brief agencies and suppliers, and ensure on-brand storytelling.
• Manage agency and supplier relationships to deliver activation plans and track performance.
• Develop and monitor project deliverables, budgets and timelines for campaigns and launches.
• Oversee purchasing activities (PO/OPSO) and supplier payments to ensure timely execution.
