Job summary

Responsibilities

Lead and manage branch service team including tellers and CSO.
Ensure accurate processing of deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and bill payments.
Oversee cash handling, internal controls and security.
Monitor service metrics and implement improvements for customer satisfaction.
Address complex customer issues and coordinate with sales/lending as needed.
Ensure compliance with banking policies and audits; provide staff training.
Prepare operational reports and collaborate across departments.
