Job summary

CIMB Group is seeking Branch Managers to join our dynamic team with placements available in East Malaysia. You will oversee branch operations, drive sales and service excellence, and maintain strong customer relationships within a compliant and secure environment.

Ideal candidates are experienced in banking/financial services with a proven track record in leadership, a high energy level, and the ability to work in a goal-oriented setting.

Qualifications

Job Requirements:

Preferably Managers specializing in Banking / Financial Services or equivalent.

Min. 2 years experience in branch operations, compliance or in leadership / management role.

Good knowledge of banking products and services with strong customer service skills.

Has wealth & banca product licenses (IPPC, FIMM, PCE, CEILI & TBE) will be an added advantage.

Possess high energy level with proven track record in sales achievement.

Comfortable with a goal oriented environment.
