Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage daily operations to ensure smooth, efficient, and professional retail experiences.
• Drive branch sales performance to exceed revenue targets and profitability goals.
• Inspire and coach your team to achieve KPIs in both sales and service excellence.
• Ensure 100% accuracy and accountability in cash handling, inventory management, and reporting.
• Oversee inventory, stock counts, and branch merchandising.
• Enforce operational standards and compliance with SOPs.
• Prepare and submit accurate branch reports on time.
• Maintain a high standard of branch appearance and cleanliness.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in any field.
• 3-4 years retail or branch management experience (preferably telco/tech retail).
• Strong leadership, people management, and customer service skills.
• Target‑driven with proven ability to achieve sales results.
• High accountability, organized, and disciplined.
• Willing to work retail hours, weekends, and public holidays.
• Good communication skills in English & Bahasa Malaysia.
