Job summary

RBC Capital Markets in Malaysia is seeking a Technical Architect to design application systems, define architecture patterns, and modernize technology stacks while advising business and technology partners.

The ideal candidate has deep expertise in Box Platform and Box APIs, security models, and enterprise integrations with Okta, Microsoft 365, Salesforce, ServiceNow, and AWS. This role bridges Enterprise Architecture, Security, and business stakeholders to deliver high-impact solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent
• Box Certified Professional or Box Platform Developer Certification
• Fluent English (written and verbal)

Responsibilities

• Develop enterprise architecture standards and roadmaps for Box integrations.
• Lead migration from legacy ECM to Box with minimal disruption.
• Design scalable, secure, compliant architectures (HIPAA, GDPR, FINRA, FedRAMP).
• Define data governance, retention, and external sharing policies.
• Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to deliver outcomes.
