Job summary

Al-Futtaim Retail is seeking a Boutique Supervisor to support the Boutique Manager in running the store in line with company objectives. You will lead the team, ensure brand standards, drive sales and maintain a safe, compliant store environment.

The role covers customer service excellence, stock management, visual merchandising and loss prevention while aligning with budgets and internal audits. A graduate degree and retail experience are preferred for this hands-on leadership position.

Qualifications

• Graduate degree in a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years retail experience, preferably in fashion brands.
• Strong leadership and customer management abilities.
• Excellent communication, organizational and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example in delivering exceptional customer service.
• Resolve customer requests, comments and complaints.
• Review and analyze sales figures to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Schedule monthly and daily planning based on sales trends and store needs.
• Maintain budget awareness and communicate with senior management.
• Follow SOPs for stock management, alerts on replenishment and merchandising.
