Job summary

Guerlain Ambassdor role in Malaysia leads and develops the store team, coaching to deliver Guerlain standards for every Client. You will identify growth opportunities, conduct market research, and monitor the store's operations and budget to align with strategic goals.

You will manage team development, recruitment, and succession planning, translating business goals into concrete actions, and setting ambitious but achievable targets while driving a positive, client‑centric store environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma or equivalent level of education in relevant field.
• At least 2 years of relevant work experience in retail, sales or FMCG industry.
• Fluent in both oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop team members to ensure they deliver the Guerlain service to every Client, through coaching and action plans.
• Identify, recruit and develop talents; secure succession plans.
• Organize the team in line with business needs and delegate responsibilities.
• Translate strategic goals into concrete actions and objectives for the team.
• Set and monitor targets for store performance and ensure achievement.
• Motivate the team to drive the business and maintain a positive work environment.
• Achieve monthly boutique sales targets and monitor KPI performance.
• Build loyal clientele and leverage client telling tools; ensure high customer experience.
