• Install, configure and maintain medical systems and equipment supplied by the company.
• Support the integration and connectivity of medical equipment with the Hospital Information System (HIS).
• Connect medical devices such as ventilators and patient monitors to enable patient data to be transferred to the HIS.
• Troubleshoot connectivity, server, network and data communication issues.
• Perform system installation, testing and commissioning at hospital sites.
• Provide on-site technical support and system troubleshooting.
• Work closely with hospital IT, biomedical engineers and equipment vendors to resolve technical issues.
• Perform basic server and network troubleshooting.
• Maintain service records, system configurations and equipment connectivity information.
• Develop basic knowledge of medical equipment operation and functions to support installation and troubleshooting
