Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking an enthusiastic Autodesk trainer to help customers master AEC BIM tools and boost productivity. You will train, demonstrate software, and collaborate with the Sales Team to tailor solutions for client workflows.

Based in Malaysia, the role offers hybrid work (3 days in office, 2 days remote) with travel for onsite training and strong English & Bahasa Malaysia communication.

Qualifications

• Degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering (or related AEC field).
• Software knowledge: Revit, Forma, Navisworks, Civil 3D, BIM 360 / Autodesk Construction Cloud, AutoCAD.
• 1–2 years in Architectural Engineering / Construction or Civil Design; apprentice roles for fresh graduates.
• Able to conduct training and presentations; travel for onsite training; long hours when needed.
• Good English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Experience:

- 1–2 years in Architectural Engineering / Construction or Civil Design

- Apprentice positions available for fresh graduates with strong enthusiasm and willingness to learn

Also required:

- Able to conduct training and presentations

- Willing to travel outstation for onsite training and work extended hours when needed

- Good English and Bahasa Malaysia
