Job summary

Malaysia Airports Berhad in Kota Kinabalu seeks a Manager - Client Office (Mechanical, Electrical and Screening System) to lead BIM implementation across pre-construction to post-construction phases. The position is contract-based and requires a degree with at least 5 years of BIM-related experience.

You will oversee BIM submissions, establish data environments and information management plans, and coordinate BIM protocols. Only Malaysian citizens may apply.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Construction, Architecture or any relevant accredited degree.
• Strong technical knowledge in BIM implementation and project management for multidisciplinary mega projects using BIM platforms and tools.

Responsibilities

• Anchor and provide expert advice on BIM implementation during pre-construction, construction, and post-construction stages.
• Review and approve BIM-related submissions including BIM Execution Plan, BIM Facilities, BIM Models, BIM QA Validation Matrix.
• Provide input on establishing CDE, Project Information Management and collaboration processes; implement Project Information Plan and Asset Information Plan; implement BIM Protocol and update Model Production Delivery Table.
• Provide input on BIM Training requirements; BIM Facilities requirements; EIRs; BIM Protocols.
• Other relevant tasks to ensure successful BIM implementation.
