RYBE ENGINEERING (M) SDN BHD' is seeking a full-time BIM Modeller based in Johor to create detailed 3D BIM models for MEP drawings and support project delivery.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, perform clash detection, generate visualizations, and maintain models as designs progress, with training and support provided.

Qualificações

• Degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 3+ years' experience as BIM modeller or similar role.
• Proficient in BIM software (Revit, ArchiCAD or equivalent).

Responsabilidades

• Develop 3D BIM models for MEP drawings.

The role

Join RYBE ENGINEERING (M) SDN BHD' as a full-time BIM Modeller based in Johor. In this strategic role, you will be responsible for creating detailed 3D Building Information Models (BIM) to support the company's engineering and construction projects.

Key responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive 3D BIM models for MEP drawings
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure BIM models accurately reflect design requirements
• Perform clash detection and coordinate model elements to identify and resolve conflicts
• Generate visualizations, renderings, and documentation from the BIM models
• Maintain and update BIM models as designs progress throughout the project lifecycle
• Provide training and support to project teams on the use of BIM technology
• Stay up-to-date with the latest BIM software, standards, and best practices

What we're looking for

• Degree in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field
• 3+ years of experience working as a BIM modeller or in a similar role
• Proficient in using BIM software such as Autodesk Revit, ArchiCAD, or equivalent
• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and building systems
• Excellent 3D modelling, visualization, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively
• Familiarity with industry standards and best practices for BIM implementation
