MMSB Consult Sdn Bhd is hiring a BIM Engineer to understand and edit Revit families and CAD blocks, coordinate Revit models, and develop civil/structural drawings with minimal supervision. You will ensure timely BIM deliverables, set up base project files, and manage BIM Modelers to meet project requirements.

The role requires a Civil Engineering degree and at least 5 years of BIM experience across infrastructure and building projects, with knowledge of LOD 200–500.

Formación

• Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years BIM experience.
• Experience in infrastructure and building projects; railway projects a plus.
• Conversant with LOD 200 to LOD500.

Responsabilidades

• Understand use/edit Revit families and CAD blocks.
• Coordinate and manage Revit models.

• Check and mark BIM drawings as per Design Team instructions.
• Coordinate BIM deadlines and modelling hours to meet targets.
• Set up project base files.
• Coordinate BIM file exchange and archiving of milestones.
• Adhere to Quality and Environmental Management System policies.
• Attend meetings with the client on BIM.
• Manage BIM Modelers and ensure delivery per project requirements.

• Understanding the use and editing of Revit families and CAD blocks.
• Coordinate and manage Revit models.
• Develop Civil/Structural drawings with minimal supervision. This includes setting plans, elevations, sections, detailing, reinforcement / prestress detailing etc.
• Able to check and mark drawings prepared using BIM model and as instructed by Design Team.
• Responsible for coordinating and meeting BIM deadlines, including recommending the required modelling hours to meet the deadlines.
• Setting up project base files.
• Coordinate BIM file exchange and archiving of milestone submittals.
• Adhere to Company Quality and Environmental Management System, Policy and Procedures.
• Attend meetings with the client on BIM
• Manage BIM Modelers and ensure the delivery as per project requirement

Requirement

• Degree in Civil Engineering
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in BIM
• Working Experience in both infrastructure and building projects. Added advantage for railway projects.
• Conversant with LOD 200 to LOD500
