Job summary

Tec D Malaysia, part of the TD SYNNEX family, seeks a Billing Operations specialist to join our Financial Shared Services Centre in Malaysia. You will process customer invoices, validate pricing and taxes, and respond to billing queries to ensure timely and accurate revenue recognition.

The role requires 3–5 years of experience and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting. You will collaborate with sales, finance, and accounting teams, support month-end close, and help improve billing processes.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience.
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting is required.
• Able to use common office equipment and software.

Responsibilities

• Process and issue accurate customer invoices; validate pricing and taxes.
• Monitor sales orders and ensure timely invoicing across APJ.
• Issue credit notes for returns or rebates and handle debit notes for adjustments.
• Resolve discrepancies with SO/PO teams; perform root-cause analysis.
• Support month-end close, reconciliations and documentation of billing processes.
