Job summary

The Goodnite in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a dynamic Content Creator to plan, script, and publish engaging social content across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and Xiaohongshu (XHS), in English and Mandarin. You will appear on camera, write captions, monitor trends, and collaborate with designers and marketing to support campaigns, livestreams and showroom events.

Fluency in English and Chinese, ability to work independently, and familiarity with Canva/CapCut and ad tools are assets for this onsite

Qualifications

Fluency in English and Chinese with confidence on camera.
Able to plan content, write scripts and captions, manage posting schedules and track trends.
Familiar with TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and Xiaohongshu (XHS).
Knowledge of Canva, CapCut, AI content tools, Meta/TikTok ads is a plus.
Creative, proactive and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

Plan, create, and publish engaging content across TikTok, Facebook, Instagram and XHS.
Appear on camera for videos, product demos, interviews and campaigns.
Research trends and generate ideas to increase views and followers.
Write scripts, captions and copy in English and Mandarin for Mandarin-speaking customers.
Assist in managing daily social media activities and campaigns.
Collaborate with designers, videographers and marketing to ensure quality content.
Monitor performance and suggest improvements based on insights.
Support livestreams, showroom events and marketing campaigns when required.
Perform other marketing and content duties as assigned.
