Job summary

Tarro is seeking a bilingual Enablement & Strategy Associate Manager (Mandarin & English) to elevate client-facing teams. You will design enablement initiatives, improve processes, and build scalable training programs from the ground up.

You will partner with product, engineering, and support teams to ensure training stays ahead of product changes, with a focus on scalable learning systems and measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in a high-intensity environment (startup/consulting/private equity/investment banking).
• Bilingual in Mandarin and English with strong communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to drive projects end-to-end with ownership.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement Tarro's enablement programs, playbooks, and training systems.
• Build scalable infrastructure for training, documentation, and knowledge management.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and Client Operations to align learnings with updates.
• Create and maintain measurement frameworks for training impact and performance.
