Job summary

AI Rudder in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an AI Quality Assurance Specialist to ensure the quality of our AI voice and conversational automation solutions before release. You will work with Product, Engineering, Algorithm, Operations, and Customer Success to plan testing, verify fixes, and ensure readiness for launch.

Localization review in Bahasa Malaysia and English is essential, with ongoing process improvements.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
2-3 years of QA experience in a fast-paced agile environment.
Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English; Mandarin communication skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

Test voice/conversational robot products and create detailed test plans and cases.
Perform functional, scenario, regression and pre-launch testing to ensure quality.
Identify, reproduce, document and track issues with clear steps and impact.
Analyze real conversation performance: intent recognition, response accuracy, language and UX.
Ensure final quality assessment and resolve critical issues before launch.
Coordinate with Product, Operations, Algorithm and Engineering for investigation and verification.
Improve testing methods and coverage for efficiency.
Support Bahasa Malaysia and English testing materials and localization.
