Job summary

You will oversee event logistics, venue and vendor management, and on-site execution, delivering value-added insights and exceptional service. Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Event Management, or related field.
• Fluent in Mandarin and English; Bahasa Malaysia is an advantage.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with event/project management tools is a plus.
• Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for clients, especially Chinese-speaking clients.
• Manage and grow key client accounts to achieve high satisfaction and service delivery.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth execution of projects, campaigns, and events.
• Prepare proposals, quotation sheets, presentation decks, and post-campaign reports.
• Monitor project timelines, manpower deployment, and campaign KPIs to ensure timely delivery.
• Conduct regular follow-ups with clients during campaigns or activation periods.
• Assist in sourcing and managing promoters/brand ambassadors in line with client expectations.
• Maintain client information, contracts, and project statuses in internal databases.
• Provide creative input during brainstorming sessions for campaigns, events, and activations.
• Handle client feedback, complaints, and escalations professionally, ensuring timely resolutions.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to secure repeat business.
• Stay updated on market trends to provide innovative solutions.
• Support negotiation processes with clients to secure projects and foster growth.
