Job summary

CHOP NAM LOONG is seeking a diligent accounting graduate to support the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting process in Selangor. You will maintain records using accounting software and assist with AP/AR, invoices, and reconciliations.

Fluency in Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia, and English is required to communicate with clients and team members. The role emphasizes accuracy, integrity, and meeting deadlines in a collaborative environment.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office.
• Fluent in Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Maintain accurate financial records using accounting software.
• Support accounts payable and accounts receivable functions, including processing invoices and vendor/customer payments.
• Perform bank reconciliations and investigate discrepancies.
• Provide support during internal and external audits by preparing schedules and documentation.
• Other ad hoc duties as assigned by superior or management.
• Communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders in Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia, and English.
• Knowledge of Autocount Accounting system is preferred.
