Job summary

Big Pharmacy Healthcare Sdn Bhd hires a Sales Assistant/Pharmacy Assistant at Solaris Mont Kiara to assist customers, provide product information, help with product selection and ensure effective product displays. You will also handle payment processing and support inventory management.

The role contributes to our customer experience and store operations as we expand with over 300 outlets nationwide, offering opportunities for promotion and professional growth.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Experience handling cash and processing payments is a plus.
• Willingness to learn about product range and promotions.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with product information and selection.
• Display products, maintain FEFO/FIFO inventory practices.
• Receive and store deliveries, support stock control.
• Respond to customer inquiries and escalate to pharmacy team as needed.
• Attach price tags, stay updated on promotions, and create displays.
• Process cash and card payments and balance cash register with receipts.

Duties/Responsibilities (Training Provided)

Customer Assistance: Attend to customers, providing product information, helping them find what they need, and offering advice on product selection.

Product Display: Ensure product visibility and proper display, implementing FEFO and FIFO practices for inventory management.

Inventory Management: Receive incoming goods, store deliveries appropriately, and assist in stock control and management.

Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries and complaints, referring them to the appropriate pharmacy team member when necessary.

Promotions and Pricing: Attach price tags to products, stay updated on special promotions, and create appealing displays.

Payment Processing: Process cash and card payments accurately and balance the cash register with receipts.
