Job summary

7-Eleven Malaysia is seeking a BI Developer/Data Analyst to design, build, and maintain ETL processes, and to manage SAP BW and QlikSense data dictionaries and metadata. You will develop dashboards, analyze performance metrics, and translate business requirements into scalable BI solutions.

Ideal candidates have 2-5 years of BI/Data Analytics experience, strong SQL, Power BI/QlikSense skills, and knowledge of data lake concepts.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or related field.
2-5 years of experience as a BI Developer, Data Analyst, or similar role.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain ETL processes to integrate data from multiple systems.
Manage SAP BW and QlikSense data dictionary and metadata documentation.
Develop interactive dashboards and reports using BI tools (Power BI, QlikSense).
Analyze business performance metrics, sales trends, and customer behavior.
Translate business requirements into technical solutions with well-documented metadata.
Troubleshoot, debug, and monitor daily tasks and SAP BW/QlikSense changes.
Ensure data governance, security, and compliance across platforms.
