Job summary

Key responsibilities include deep-dive analysis of customer behavior and performance metrics, root-cause investigations, and building automated data pipelines and dashboards using SQL and Python.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field such as Computer Science, Statistics, Data Science or Finance.
• Strong SQL skills to query large, complex databases.
• Proficient Python for data manipulation (Pandas, NumPy) and automated analysis.
• 3+ years of data analysis experience identifying business trends.
• Ability to translate data findings into actionable business insights.
• Fluency in English and Mandarin to partner with global teams.
