PSG FACTORY SDN. BHD. in Kuala Lumpur is launching a new modern Chinese lifestyle dining concept in Bukit Bintang. We are seeking a creative Beverage & Dessert R&D Chef to join our opening team, combining hands-on operations with product development.

You will develop signature beverages and desserts, test recipes, create standardized methods, train the team, and translate creative ideas into commercially viable menu items while tracking current F&B trends.

Formación

• Experience in beverage and dessert R&D preferred.
• Ability to develop beverage and dessert concepts for a new restaurant.
• Strong sense of aesthetics and presentation.

• Develop signature beverages, mocktails and non-alcoholic drinks.
• Develop modern restaurant desserts suitable for the concept
• Research current beverage and dessert trends and propose new products
• Conduct recipe testing and product improvement
• Create standardized recipes with accurate ingredients and measurements
• Ensure products can be consistently reproduced during restaurant operations
• Work closely with the culinary and management team on menu development

We are creating a new modern Chinese lifestyle dining concept launching in Bukit Bintang, Kuala Lumpur. This is a creative and hands‑on Beverage & Dessert R&D Chef role involving both operational and developmental responsibilities. We are looking for a creative Beverage & Dessert R&D Chef with a strong sense of aesthetics to join our opening team. You will be involved in developing the beverage and dessert menu from the pre-opening stage, testing products, creating standardized recipes and training the team for daily operations. You will develop new products, understand current F&B trends and turn creative ideas into commercially workable menu items.

Key responsibilities
