Watsons Malaysia in Penang seeks a customer-focused retail associate to provide friendly, professional service, manage cashier duties, and assist with skincare consultations. You will help maintain stock levels and promote the Watsons VIP program.

Responsibilities include replenishment, event participation, and delivering strong sales support. You should be able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays, with good Bahasa Melayu and English communication.

Qualifications

• Customer service-oriented role requiring friendly and professional interaction.
• Cashier duties and point-of-sale experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills required.

Responsibilities:

1. Instil a high standard of friendly, professional customer service.
2. Supporting store overall replenishment & housekeeping.
3. Maintenance of sufficient stock level at all times.
4. Being a cashier and promote expertise in Watsons VIP Member Card.
5. Provide skincare advise to customers.
6. Provide customer service and achieve sales goals.
7. Responsible for stock replenishment and promotion execution.
8. Actively involved in roadshows/corporate events.

Education & Experience:

1. SPM/Diploma/Certificate in beauty/makeup course will be an added advantage.
2. Required language(s): Bahasa Melayu, and English.
3. Pleasant personality with a strong drive and excellent in communication skills.
4. Good interpersonal & follow-up skills, adaptable and result-oriented.
5. Possess outgoing personality, positive and high energy level.
6. Applicants must be Malaysian citizens.
7. Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
8. Preferably with promoter experience.
