Job summary

Watsons Malaysia is seeking a shop associate to deliver friendly, professional customer service and operate as a cashier. You will support stock replenishment, promote the Watsons VIP Member Card, and provide skincare advice to customers.

The role requires fluency in Bahasa Melayu and English, Malaysian citizenship, and the ability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays. Experience in promoter roles is a plus, with a focus on achieving sales targets.

8. Actively involved in roadshows/corporate events.

Education & Experience:

1. SPM/Diploma/Certificate in beauty/makeup course will be an added advantage.
2. Required language(s): Bahasa Melayu, and English.
3. Pleasant personality with a strong drive and excellent in communication skills.
4. Good interpersonal & follow-up skills, adaptable and result-oriented.
5. Possess outgoing personality, positive and high energy level.
6. Applicants must be Malaysian citizens.
7. Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
8. Preferably with promoter experience.
