Job summary

Watsons Malaysia in Kuala Lumpur seeks a customer-oriented associate to deliver friendly service, manage cashier duties, and promote the VIP program. You will assist with stock, stock rotation, and in-store promotions while providing skincare advice to customers.

The role involves weekend and holiday shifts and requires Malaysians with good communication in Bahasa Melayu and English.

Qualifications

• SPM/ Diploma/ Certificate in beauty or makeup is an added advantage.
• Required languages: Bahasa Melayu and English.
• Pleasant personality with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Instil high standard of friendly, professional customer service.
• Support store replenishment and housekeeping.
• Maintain sufficient stock levels at all times.
• Act as cashier and promote Watsons VIP Member Card expertise.
• Provide skincare advice to customers.
• Provide customer service and achieve sales goals.
• Responsible for stock replenishment and promotion execution.
• Be actively involved in roadshows and corporate events.

Education & Experience:

5. Possess outgoing personality, positive and high energy level.

8. Preferably with promoter experience.
