Job summary

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Ability to handle payments accurately and provide friendly service.
• Good communication and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Approach customers proactively, understand their needs, and recommend suitable products using product knowledge and selling techniques
• Handle the cashier's duties, process payments correctly, and ensure end-of-day cash is balanced and tallied accurately
• Conduct housekeeping to ensure and keep the store floor, shelves, and testers neat, organized, and clean throughout the day
• Support inventory counts and ensures products on the shelf are within valid expiry dates; remove expired or near-expiry items promptly
• Replace outdated price tags, highlight ongoing promotions clearly, and ensure all promotional signage is accurate and visible
• Ability to converse in Bahasa Malaysia & English; Mandarin will be an added advantage
