Job summary

Adecco Staffing Recruitment is hiring a Beauty Advisor / Skin Therapist for Kuala Lumpur. Mandarin speakers are required. This yearly renewable contract runs 10am–7pm or 1pm–10pm, five days on, two off, with roles at TRX and Mid Valley.

The package includes up to RM 3500 base salary plus RM 200 allowance, monthly commissions and a guaranteed RM 1000 commission in the first six months for Skin Therapist / Facial Therapist. Benefits cover statutory contributions, medical, and leave entitlement.

Qualifications

• Mandarin fluency is mandatory for client communication.
• Minimum 1 year experience as Facial Therapist / Skin Therapist / Beauty Advisor.
• SPM qualification or equivalent required.
• Shift work availability required.
• Presentable with good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform facial treatments including cleansing, toning, exfoliating and masking.
• Provide skincare guidance to customers.
• Book appointments by phone, website, and take walk-ins.
• Update customer records and treatments.
• Cross-sell beauty products and services.
• Maintain clean treatment areas and sterilize equipment.
• Track stock levels used in treatment room.

Role: Skin Therapist / Skincare Consultant (Mandarin speaker)

Industry: Beauty & Personal Care

Duration: Yearly renewable contract

Working Schedule: 10 am - 7pm, 1pm - 10pm, 5 days working, 2 days off

Working Location: TRX, KL (1 pax) & Mid Valley, KL (1 pax)

Salary: Up to RM 3500 + 200 allowance + commission monthly + RM 1000 guaranteed commission within first 6 months (For Skin Therapist / Facial Therapist only)

Job Responsibilities

Performing facials treatments including cleansing, toning, exfoliating, massaging, and applying masks for the customers.

Provide guidelines to customer on how to take care of their skin.

Book appointments over the phone, website and serve walk-ins based on availability.

Update customer records and treatments received.

Cross-sell beauty products and additional treatments, when appropriate.

Ensure all areas are clean and equipment is sterilized before use.

Keep track of levels of stock used in the treatment room.

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience of working experience as Facial Therapist / Skin Therapist / Beauty Advisor.

Fluent in Mandarin language is a Must to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.

Minimum qualification is SPM.

Able to work in shift,

Presentable and communicate well.
