Job summary

O2 Klinik is seeking a skincare/beauty assistant to support doctors in aesthetic procedures and provide expert skincare consultations. The role includes promoting treatments, upselling products, maintaining sterile treatment rooms, and guiding patients through consultations, with a friendly, service-driven approach.

Requirements include a minimum certificate, 1 year in beauty/ skincare, strong sales, and fluency in English and Malay (Mandarin a plus).

Qualifications

• Minimum certificate in any field.
• At least 1 year experience in beauty, skincare, or aesthetics.
• Strong sales skills with customer-service orientation.
• Pleasant personality & excellent communication.
• Computer literate, detail-oriented & proactive.
• Able to speak English & Malay. Mandarin speaker is an added advantage.
